Responsibilities:

 

• Takes calls from the Korean clients
• Receives inquiries and provide assistance to Korean customers
• Contributes to the development and maintenance of standards, policies and procedures regarding customer service
• Regularly provides feedback on the soundness and effectiveness of the customer service department’s policies and procedures

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Male or female
• Native Korean
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
• Willing to work in Taguig
• Can work on Day shift
