Location:               Quezon City

Salary:                   60,000 – 70,000 PHP

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

• Respond to customer service account inquiries on transaction details, statements, and fees and charges
• Provide assistance to Korean speaking customers
• Utilize all available resources to balance the needs of the business while ensuring the customer's issue is resolved
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

• Native or Non-native Korean
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
• With good customer service orientation
• Trainable enough for the account
• Willing to work in the dayshift and in UP Technohub, Quezon City
• Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
