Korean customer service expert – Urgent

Location:               Quezon City

Salary:                   60,000 – 70,000 PHP

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for answering calls and checking emails regarding on Korean customer concerns
  • Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes for different market segments and communicate discrepancies/ issues to team leader/Manager when necessary
  • Ensures and provides quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Native or Non-native Korean
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
  • With good customer service orientation
  • Trainable enough for the account
  • Willing to work in the dayshift and in UP Technohub, Quezon City
  • Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
