Requirements:

 

o   Native or Non Native Korean

o   Can speak, read and write Korean

o   Must be willing to work in Quezon City

o   With CSR Experience

 

Qualifications:

 

o        Answer calls from Korean Client

o        Understand customers’ needs through effective listening and questioning

o        Must be polite, courteous, professional & assertive
