4월 1일에 발효되는 '한국어 자격증'에 대해. (3)

많은 분들이 이부분 관심 많을것 같습니다.<br />법이란게 공표하고 몇달뒤에 실행하는데.<br />초기에 형평성 때문에  많은 반발이 있기 때문에.<br />4월 1일전에 미혼증명서 발급 받은 사람들은 제외 시켜주었으면 좋겠네요.<br />워낙 필리핀 결혼 진행 절차가 느리다 보니.<br />연애 결혼은 특별히 상관없을것 같은데.<br />소개로 만난 분들은 그대로 적용시키면 2달은 더 미루어질것 같습니다.<br /><br /><br />

교육기관이라도 만들어 놓고 한국어 자격증을 논하는 건지.. 그것부터 묻고 싶네요.. 어디서 어찌 교육받고 어디서 자격증을 발급 받아야 하는건지.. 원.. 갈수록 어렵게 만들고.. 연예 결혼해서 의사소통 되는 사람들은 별 문제 없다고 하고.. 어찌 됐던 언어 소통이 안된다면 결혼생활이 많이 어렵더군요.. 초기에.. 1년만 지나도 별 문제는 없습니다만.. 많은 한국 분들이 필리피나 만나서 행복하시길 바라는 맘입니다. 어떤 분은 비꼬아서 돈주고 샀다느니 어쩌니 하는데.. 행복해 지고 싶은 서로의 열망입니다. 남에게 피해 안주면서 행복해 지자는건 죄가 아니지요.. 서로 사랑해 줄 수만 있다면요..
