[영어속담] Always look at the bright side
Proverbial Meaning: Don’t have a negative outlook, viewing the bright side (of life or a situation) is better.
Literal Origins: Many things have a dark side and a light side, such as dark clouds with sunshine above them or a tree and its shadow. The proverb asks that one looks at the brighter, optimistic side, rather than the darker pessimistic side of a situation.
Common Usage: This proverb is extremely common, used every day by millions of people, but the “at” is more commonly replaced by “on” these days.
