• Providing excellent customer support through phone calls, email, and chat

• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in appropriate and timely manner

 

Candidate Qualifications:

• Korean National Living in the Philippines

• Fluent in English

• Male or Female

• Preferably College Graduate

• Preferably with Customer Service experience but not required

• Must be willing to work in online gaming industry

• Must be willing to work in Makati City

 

Language Requirement: Korean, English

Location: Makati City

Salary: Php 40,000 – 60,000 NET Negotiable According to Qualifications
