Central Luzon police director Police Brig. Gen. Valeriano de Leon identified the suspect as Richard Dangayan, a former driver of one of the victims. Dangayan’s cohorts, according to De Leon, remain at large but a follow-up operation is being carried out for their arrest. Pampanga police director Police Col. Arnold Ibay said the trio are main suspects in a robbery incident in a condominium at Clark Hills. The victims, identified as Keren Rose Maninggo, Gihun Lee, and Seonjun Park, were handcuffed at gunpoint and their belongings and valuables totaling P7.5 million were forcibly taken from them.
