1. Marketing Executive

Major Responsibilities: 

- Carrying out market research and analysis of data for marketing and business development

- Analyzing local competition and strengthening company brand in the region. 

2. Web Content Editor:

Major Responsibilities:

-  Proofread and edit content to meet high-quality standards for marketing materials.

- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant information into translations.

- Assist in optimizing content for search engines in collaboration with the marketing team. 

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align translations with overall marketing objectives.

3. Customer Service Staff

Major Responsibilities: 

- Handling and replying to customer inquiries through email, phone and a-live clients. 

- Preparing and generating reports and relating to customer's concerns.

Minimum qualifications: 

- Must be knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (email), live chat, and other online communication tools. 

- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or with a team

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and all other programming used for presentation and marketing.

- Willing to work in the day/night shift schedule (5 days a week, 2 days off)  

- Willing to work on-site in Makati City
