Tasks & responsibilities
- Answer
questions about products or the company
- Handle
customers’ inquiries via chat/call
- Ask questions
to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Enter
and update customer information in the database
- Handle
grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Verify
transaction via phone call and keep records of chat, email, call and sales
and note useful information
Qualifications & experience
- Possess
good knowledge about products and services and describe/explain them to
prospects
- Preferably
with experience in a customer service role
- Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding
negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address
complaints
- Fluent
in Korean is a must for you to be successful for the job
- Personal
PC or laptop and home internet is a must
