Tasks & responsibilities

  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Handle customers’ inquiries via chat/call
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Verify transaction via phone call and keep records of chat, email, call and sales and note useful information

 

Qualifications & experience

  • Possess good knowledge about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Preferably with experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Fluent in Korean is a must for you to be successful for the job
  • Personal PC or laptop and home internet is a must
