A global consumer goods company is searching for an HR Recruiter. The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring effective recruitment procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recruitment plans and support ad hoc projects
- Manage the entire hiring process for applicants
- Search for qualified candidates across different channels
- Build an effective internal talent pool
- Ensure accurate posting of jobs in the system
- Address inquiries regarding recruitment policies
- Bachelor’s degree or above in administration, HR management or a related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in a related area
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in graduate recruitment is a plus
- Fluent level English
