Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement recruitment plans and support ad hoc projects
  • Manage the entire hiring process for applicants
  • Search for qualified candidates across different channels
  • Build an effective internal talent pool
  • Ensure accurate posting of jobs in the system
  • Address inquiries regarding recruitment policies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in administration, HR management or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in a related area
  • Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in graduate recruitment is a plus
  • Fluent level English
