Job Description

  • Educate and consult to demonstrate how to use Twitter’s advertising products, best practices, how to develop effective campaigns
  • Executing, optimizing, and analyzing advertising programs using internal tools and dashboards
  • Revenue monitoring and pacing of clients' campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Client Partner on maintaining revenue, upselling, pitch support, and provide analytical insights/reports.
  • Drive consistency by building processes with your book of business - Daily Rev pacing, Campaign Monitoring, Sharing of Optimization ideas
  • Resolving campaign issues in a timely and productive manner, and identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Providing feedback to our product and tools teams to help us scale our advertising platform
  • Support and maintain your client base to ensure a high-quality customer experience
  • Managing contracts & renewals, assist Sales Finance with payables and collections

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media
  • Extremely detail-oriented approach; able to successfully multitask on cross functional projects
  • Ability to work well in ambiguity and operate with limited guidance; demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
  • Experience in data analysis, complex spreadsheets/analysis and creating C-level presentations
  • Demonstrated experience effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending optimisation to key performance drivers
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision
  • Proactive approach to task management and problem solving
  • Track record for being highly organised and structured
  • A passion for Twitter and our mission
  • Fluency in Korean and English
