Job Description

To enhance Cartier’s Image in Korea, to be much more aligned with the International strategy, and to have more contextual relevance towards local audience, the Contents Development Project Manager will design & develop necessarily Korea-relevant content, including but not limiting to the implementation of integrated communications campaigns, seasonal campaigns, press releases & shootings, social activations, media and event related assets and supporting actions for E-commerce for Cartier Korea.


Be the custodian of Cartier Image in Korea, ensuring consistence of content outputs.

Act as a Hub for Cartier Brand Content HQ to develop knowledge on Korean audience.

Reaffirm Cartier's identity through balanced content plan between strong commercial push and brand equity.

Build pool of creative local talents around the Maison. (local production agencies, creative filmmakers, photographers etc.)

Close collaboration with Cartier HQ Content team through co-construction work model. Support Creative Contents Manager with a sense of purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibility 1 – Global asset creation & adaptation

  • Develop, implement and execute an effective content strategy in line with the HQ and the vision of Cartier Korea
  • Examine the overall Intl brand contents assets to identify powerful story angles that resonate with the Korean audience and build even more compelling programs
  • Manage creative contents calendar according to communication action plan
  • Adapt & translate campaigns positioning when necessary to insure it resonates with the audience
  • HQ communication including all negotiation for adaptation and resources support including Media advertisement and Event related assets
  • Keep an eye on competitors' activities and provide Market / Korean audience Insights
  • Create & design appropriate briefs to agencies when necessary

Key responsibility 2 – Content library & assets development

  • Investigate up-to-date digital user behavior, market trend and case study of brand's competitors
  • Plan and ensure output of the content for timely implementation by the various teams including retail support
  • Develop creative concept for Maison Cheongdam in terms of digital communication
  • Design a feasible plan for Maison Cheongdam’s digital transformation strategically
  • Seasonal asset development for Maison Cheongdam in collaboration with HQ content team
  • Supervise the development of a library of qualitative assets to ensure special update related to local contents and refresh of Cartier Korea e-Commerce platform
  • Collaborate with E-commerce team by having strategic creative plan to bring new brand experience to our clients
  • Close relationship with creative production and agency to develop local content adaptation
  • Ensure a good portfolio of agencies/production houses which could have specialize areas such as good technical know-how and the cutting- edge of content creation

Key responsibility 3 – Develop local content creation according to the HQ guideline

  • Be primarily responsible for development and execution of local content creation strategies for Korea by liaising with HQ content team
  • Make sure all communications are kept in line with the international strategy and always set high performance standards for quality output as per Cartier’s Image standard
  • Develop project with HQ based on co-construction model
  • Ensure consistence of locally-produced Cartier content across touchpoints including but not limiting to Media/ advertising, press releases, press shootings, E-commerce and Social media
  • Create (paid) advertorial and editorial with strategic communication message and contents with talents according to PR strategy
  • Manage & Support the shooting process for content production including preparing products, security/logistic plans and providing all materials needed
  • Monitor qualitative contents creation and channel
  • Build on and maintain excellent relationships with agency/production/media/press/KOL partners for agreed content projects as a local creative talent hub management
  • Identify & manage a portfolio of agencies/studios/artists which could range from full fledge communications campaigns, key visuals, simple photography or videos etc.
  • Develop better validation procedure in order to reinforce overall relevancy of local contents

Key responsibility 4 – Budget & Admin

  • Support creative contents team budget management according to communication direction and deal with monthly operational expenses
  • Put in place process to ensure full compliance collaboration with external partners


  • Manage project and relevant communication in liaise with content team in HQ
  • Create local contents along with a comprehensive understanding of the value and story of Cartier
  • Enhance & adapt global assets in order to resonate with the Korean audience
  • Accelerate digital transformation with quality contents

Job Requirements

  • 6-8 years of creative contents related experience
  • Experience in Luxury industry is preferred
  • Fluent in Korean & English
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management skill under hard challenge of deadline
  • Sharp eyes on selecting the best among all alternatives
  • Positive attitude & logical thinking and team oriented
  • Having a strong sense of responsibility
  • Strong skills of precision, multi-tasking
  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
