Role overview:

Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead in Korea and working in collaboration with the Asia Commercial team, you will be responsible to manage key partners and its operational sales & marketing activities in Korea market, analyzing market trends and recommending strategic plans to ensure sales objectives and requirements are met. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Strong dealer grip and firm grasp on digital trends affecting partners and customers
  • Sales & marketing strategy planning and implementation for key retailers, leading- eCommerce and Retail partners
  • Achieve sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendation to strategic plan and reviews, preparing and completing action plans
  • Meet sales financial target- forecasting requirements for each eCommerce partners and Retailers on both hardware and software
  • Ensure alignment with, and on time delivery of, complex digital and interactive projects, in partnership with internal/external key stakeholders and channel cross-functional team in other regions
  • Proven ability to build rapport, credibility and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to get outcome
  • Maintain expertise of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners, monitor/analyse competitors’ landscape and market share in the region
  • Work closely with hardware and software distributor to monitor and supply demand chain
  • Immediate territory: Korea. Potentially, work with key territories in Asia region
  • Communicate closely and maintain great relationship with Retailers and Distributors
  • Manage reports, budget, rolling forecast, inventory, and product management

 What we're looking for:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 8 to 10 years of Commercial Sales & Marketing experiences, combining of 5+ years of eCommerce channel management experience as a domain expertise on eCommerce or retail, preferably for a retailer of consumer electronics, software, video games, etc.
  • Target-oriented and sales driven personality with strong sales experiences
  • Vendor and/or partnership management experience
  • Proven track record in growing a successful ecommerce business with experience in both strategy development and operational execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present effectively to senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with different key stakeholders and able to develop relationships and collaborate at all levels
  • The ability to act as a motivated, reliable, self-starter who uses initiative to work proactively
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks with a keen eye for detail – precision, accuracy, and very good attention to detail essential
  • Relationship builder, who can communicate at different levels of the organisation and business partners effectively
  • Financial knowledge, P/L management skill is a plus
