Job Description

  • Responsible for all concierge duties which includes scheduling interviews to attending to all incoming guests and internal staff requests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Preparing and management of Shopee merchandises and New Hire Induction Kit
  • Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services and sorting out incoming mails and parcels
  • Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies
  • All other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma Holder and 1 year of relevant experience in a front-facing role
  • Bilingual in both English and Korean to communicate with internal stakeholders across the region
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and G Suite
  • Vibrant, energetic, and cheerful personality with a proven ability to work well independently and within a team
