over the world with its vast spread of business. We are now hiring a Customer Service
Executive for a new Freight Forwarding organization in South Korea. Join with one of the

Coordinate with various departments to ensure that the freight is sent in a timely
Regularly collaborate with team members to support assigned customers
Develop and implement a regular communication strategy to connect with existing
customers at the corporate and/or local level
Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure a seamless on-boarding experience
Ensure customer service quality, efficiency, and accuracy with all transactions; resolve
customer complaints in a friendly and tactful manner; research and resolve complex
Analyze profit and loss by customer and site to prevent recurring issues or missed
Have an in-depth knowledge of Geographical diversification of Airlines, Shipping Lines
and the cargo market.
Ensure all account information is setup correctly for tax and billing purposes
Coordinate and act as a bridge between the client and the carriers to ensure smooth
sailing of cargo assigned.
Have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding industry.
Successfully completed an academic degree, ideally with a focus on logistics.
Strong desire to achieve Customer Focused Organization
Familiar with Trade Regulatory requirements
Good contact with major Carriers and cargo transport/hauliers service providers.
Familiar with major trade lane business/competition environments
Working proficiency in English and Korean.
