Summary

  • You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Internatoinal's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
  • The Director or EAM of Food and Beverage is responsible to function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the F&B Department, to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Northeast Asia
  • Minimun 2 years work experience as Director or EAM of F&B.
  • Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
