Finally… Done watching Oh My Venus, Exercise is very important to our day this caring and loving Mr. Coach does this. Kim Young-ho, also known as John Kim, is a personal trainer to Hollywood stars.

Despite by his family wealth. Kim suffered an illness in his childhood. But now he believes living a healthy lifestyle and exercise is the only way to survive. He uses to run from his family issues. His fear of his father and his grandmother.

Kang Joo-eun was once a good looking in her teens, semi famous for her pretty face and admirable figure. Now a 33-year-old-lawyer, she has gained a lot of weight since she passes out on a flight from U.S. back to Korea and Kim is the only medical personnel on the flight who take in charge.

After getting dumped by her boyfriend, she finds that she has the press pass for Kim and proceeds to blackmail to convince him to help her lose the weight. So that exercise is very important to our day.

Include exercise as your daily routine?

This Korean drama story line was very good because i watch dramas and movie a lot regarding transformation of a person and seriously I don’t like these types of dramas where main lead just spent some days with exercise and got a body of model. But this drama, the concept of disease of thyroids was real. Symptoms and condition were very clear. And i realize Exercise is very important to our day to reduce my fats.

I really love Korean dramas because I desperately want to run from my real world and these dramas help me not to think about my bitter life. I know i will not find this kind of love in this life from the person that i want. Pretend some time and just be myself.
