Position Summary

This position will provide HR and Talent Acquisition Support to Korea HR team and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, talent acquisition, training, employment, compensation, and talent management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Regional HR and Country HRBPs on monthly report submission includes monthly S&B and headcount forecast, HR Dashboard in timely manner
  • Consolidate the hiring requests from HRBPs and Country Functional Leaders and present to Regional HR for review and approval
  • Support the talent acquisition process including but not limited to job posting, resume screening and interview scheduling
  • Design and participate in the promotion & recruitment strategy for UA Korea
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new teammates
  • Support HRBPs to communicate and administer various Human Resources policies, procedures, and processes in accordance with laws, standards, and government regulations
  • Assist with on/off-boarding of teammates in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations team, and busines units (process, question, and overall preparation)
  • Conduct preseason training for new joiners on regular basis
  • Support monthly APAC Newsletter
  • Coordinate training sessions and teammate events in a professional manner

Education And / Or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline e.g., Human Resources, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 1~2 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem solver with positive and “can do” attitude
  • Independent, responsible, and able to meet tight deadline
  • Proficient in English and Korean
