You are driven, eager, and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier, and more efficient.

In this role, you will help leaders across APAC focus on products that make Google magical every day. You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, sourcing, evaluating, and hiring candidates. As a Global Business Organization Recruiter, you will build advisory partnerships with business leaders and relationships with candidates.

You'll own hiring strategy, sourcing, and maintain client relationships.

You’ll play an essential role in advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.
