Purpose & Overall Relevance For The Organization

  • To develop objectives and action plans for the assigned franchisees in order to build and develop the account networks and deliver the required financial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • To mainly focus Global Key Alliance Accounts (Footlocker & JD) with short/mid/long term strategic plan to achieve “Win with the Winners”
  • To develop and implement the overall strategy for the GKA accounts (Footlocker & JD) portfolio based on global and Market strategies jointly with the Wholesale VP and get sign off by the MD
  • To ensure the best possible Net Sales result by setting clear targets and action points; constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities
  • Take ownership and set the qualitative quarterly, seasonal, and annual OTB
  • To support Senior Director Multi to establish an appropriate organizational framework & transformation of the GKA account organization in line with the Global organizational blueprint
  • To review, challenge and sign off the Strategic Account Plans and Account Marketing Plans proposed by direct reports
  • To support negotiation and enforcement of adidas Group trade terms
  • To establish an appropriate organizational framework & transformation of the GKA organization jointly with the Wholesale VP in line with the Global organizational blueprint
  • To manage all reports as an integrated team by setting team objectives, targets and guidelines
  • To measure progress on defined KPIs and monitor all reports

Key Relationship

  • Global: Centre of Excellence (CoE) Wholesale and APAC WHS
  • Market: Brands, Customer Service, Business Development, Controlling, Planning, Logistics.
  • External: Customers, Agencies

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills: Very good communications and negotiating abilities as well as high presentation, relationship management and facilitation skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken local language as well as English. Skills and abilities in other language are an added plus

Requisite Education And Experience / Minimum Qualifications

  • University degree in business with marketing and sales focus
  • Minimum 7~8 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
  • At least 3 years’ experience of people and operational management
  • Exposure: Sports, Marketing, Supply Chain
  • IT skills: Advanced MS Office Skills
