Yes, but you must convert it to a Korean Driver's license.
You will need your driver's license, passport, alien registration card, seal (signature possible), copies of pictures (3 X 4 cm) for the conversion documents.
Make sure that the country on your passport must be the same as the country on your driver's license
You also need a notary of translation of foreign driver license (except English) and verification from the consulate general (US, England, France, Canada, Germany, Japan, and Spain).
If your driver's license issue date is not present, confirmation of the issue date must be provided.
You can also drive legally in Korea with an international Driving Permit for 1 year. But, the foreign license must not expire during that period.
