Job Description • Provides day-to-day support of marketing projects by drafting marketing materials, media monitoring, and conducting and analyzing research on a variety of marketing project-related topics and issues. • Assists on digital and social media projects, including creative project management, social media research, reporting, digital assets management, and content creation. • Contributes to and prepares the basic reports required in the specific functional capacity (e.g., market studies, competitor reports, social media reports, summary reports, etc.) • Attends and actively participates in internal meetings and brainstorming sessions • Work cross-functionally with other strategy colleagues, discipline leads, and other internal partners • Scheduling and inter-departmental liaison duties • Job/task management systems • Internal team communications • Assist in managing project status reports Requirement: • At least Bachelor’s Degree in any field • Must be able to speak and write proficiently in English and Korean. • Experience in Customer Service is an advantage • Knowledgeable in the use of electronic mail (e-mail), live chat, and other communication tools. • Driven, hardworking, and willing to be trained. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and has the ability to work independently or with a team. • Good team player • Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Must be willing to work in Makati City, Philippines (currently in Work from Home set-up) Interested candidates may send their resume to [email protected] .
