Working time: 9hours/day includes 1hour break time, Monday-Friday (8 days off/month) Working Location: Alphaland Corporate Tower, Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines

Job Description:

1- Engage in positive communication with customers via online chat, email, and phone to address their inquiries and concerns.

2- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3- Handle customer general inquiries、promotion、complaint and other related transactions.

4- Communicate effectively in both English and Korean to interact with international customers, ensuring accuracy and fluency in communication.

5- Quickly learn and master knowledge of our company's products, services, and processes to provide accurate information and support to customers.

6- Handle customer complaints and issues, offering proactive solutions to address problems.

7- Adhere to the company's established customer service standards and policies.


Requirements:

1- Prior experience in online customer service, preferably in the gambling industry, is highly desirable.

2- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer support software and tools.

3- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

4- Excellent understanding of responsible gambling practices and regulations.


Required skills, Qualifications

1- Fluent in spoken and written English and Korean, with the ability to communicate in both languages effectively for day-to-day work.

2- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving abilities.

3- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

4- Quick learner who can adapt to new workflows and technical tools.

5-Team player who can collaborate with other team members to achieve goals.

6-Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure


Salary:  Specialist 2000USD-3500USD + Housing allowance 20K PHP after probation.
