Human Resources Manager - KOREAN HR SPECIALIST 

Job Responsibilities : 

Gather resources by quickly and accurately understanding recruiting needs and building a recruiting pipeline that meets those needs .            

Execute recruiting plans , expand update and maintain existing pipelines and expand recruiting pipelines outside the company .
