o        Creative, results oriented, and able to provide solutions to different situations

o        Innovative, resourceful, and able to handle multiple projects

o        Can do multi-tasking

o        Develops and implements an internal marketing programme

o        Helps in the evaluation of the effectiveness of all marketing activity

o        Creates marketing campaigns
