Responsibilities:

 

  • Takes emergency calls from the Korean client
  • Provide assistance to Korean speaking customer
  • Receives inquiries from and/or contacts the organization’s branch/regional offices to resolve a variety of order-related issues
  • Other duties as assigned

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Male or female
  • Native Korean
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
  • Willing to work in Taguig
  • Can work on Day shift
