Hiring Korean CSR
Location: Quezon City
Salary: 60,000 – 70,000 PHP
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling escalated customer calls in the Korean language queue
- Requires an individual who has demonstrated the ability to resolve customer issues independently while maintaining the highest level of customer service
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Native or Non-native Korean
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
- With good customer service orientation
- Trainable enough for the account
- Willing to work in the dayshift and in UP Technohub, Quezon City
- Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
