QUALIFICATION:
- Native Korean or non-native Korean
- Must be equal or younger than 50 years old
- Can work on a shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
- Computer literate
- Customer Care Representative (CCR) experience not required
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Customer handling and resolution eCall inquiries (emergency calls) and call service (informational services)
- Focus in assisting Korean customer mostly with automobile.
- Confident.
