Age(나이): 20세 ~ 30세 이하

 
Position(직급): Korean Support Specialist

 

Location(근무지): Makati, Ayala Street.

 

Salary(급여): 60,000-80,000.00

 

Shift(근무형태): Shifting Schedules(교대근무)

 



Requirements (자격요건)

 

- should be able to speak, read and write KOREAN (한국어로말하고읽고쓸수있어야함)

 

- Call center experience not required (콜센터경력이있어야하나, 필수조건은아님)

 

- must be willing to be trained (교육훈련에적극적으로참여할수있어야함)

 

-Basic English skill (영어로 기본적인 의사소통가능해야함)

 

 



Responsibilities:

 

- Needs to provide excellent assistance to clients via phone, chat and email

 

- Help customers by providing information to answer their queries
