Responsibilities:

 

  • Analyses transactions, corrects records, and adjust errors
  • Resolves Korean clients’ questions related to orders, take orders as needed
  • Listen attentively to Korean customers’ needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Male or female
  • Native Korean
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
  • Willing to work in Taguig
  • Can work on Day shift
