Location:               Quezon City

Salary:                   60,000 – 70,000 PHP

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Responsible for handling escalated customer calls in the Korean language queue
  • Requires an individual who has demonstrated the ability to resolve customer issues independently while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management

 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Native or Non-native Korean
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in Korean and English languages
  • With good customer service orientation
  • Trainable enough for the account
  • Willing to work in the dayshift and in UP Technohub, Quezon City
  • Basic PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, fluent with Internet and mainstream web browsers
