POSITION: KOREAN SPEAKING Customer Service Professional (CSP)

SALARY: Negotiable

LOCATION: Taguig

 

QUALIFICATION:

  •          Applicants must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  •          Must not be more than 50 years old.
  •          Willingness to work in Taguig.
  •          Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
  •          Knowledge with computer is a must.
  •          Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •          Interests in innovative communication media stress resistance in emergency situations
  •          Competent in handling calls in a timely manner.
  •          Geographical knowledge
  •          Intercultural competence
  •          Will talk to Korean customer who owns a car.
