QUALIFICATION:
- Applicants must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate/ Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Must not be more than 50 years old.
- Willingness to work in Taguig.
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
- Knowledge with computer is a must.
- Customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interests in innovative communication media stress resistance in emergency situations
- Competent in handling calls in a timely manner.
- Geographical knowledge
- Intercultural competence
- Will talk to Korean customer who owns a car.
