POSITION: KOREAN SPEAKING Customer Care Representative (CCR)

SALARY: Negotiable

LOCATION: Taguig City

 

QUALIFICATION:

  •          Native Korean or non-native Korean
  •          Must be equal or younger than 50 years old
  •          Can work on a shifting schedule
  •          Willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
  •          Computer literate
  •          Customer Care Representative (CCR) experience not required

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •          Customer handling and resolution eCall inquiries (emergency calls) and call service (informational services)
  •          Focus in assisting Korean customer mostly with automobile.
  •          Confident.
