POSITION: KOREAN SPEAKING Customer Service Representative (CSR)

SALARY: Negotiable with Signing Bonus

LOCATION: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig

QUALIFICATIONS:

  •          Native Korean and Non-Native are welcome to apply.
  •          Not more than 50 years old
  •          Customer Support Representative experienced not required.
  •          Can work on a shifting schedule
  •          Willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
  •          Computer literate

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •          Daily contact with customer with automobile.
  •          Focus in assisting Korean customer.
  •          Able to take in calls on a timely manner.
  •          Can provide perfect customer service satisfaction.
  •          Customer handling and resolution eCall inquiries (emergency calls) and call service (informational services)
  •          Able to answer customer issues and problem patiently.
  •          Can handle work under pressure.
